LTE 4506 3 light keep blinking, no Wifi connection appears

I hope you can help with the below
I have tried to reset my Zyxel 4506 to factory settings by pressing reset below device since i have forgotten the password to access
However the 3 connection lights keep blinking green (one at the time) and I cannot find the Zyxel among the networks list. 
I have tried to un plug power and reset once again but i does not solve the problem
When i connect with ethernet cable, I can see UNKNOWN network but cannot access it through the usual 192.168.1.1

You can press device reset button till all three LED light at same time then quick dark. After that LTE4506 should be reset to default.
