NAS326: Installing Gallery 3 Theme

How do I install Gallery 3 Theme I downloaded? When I go to Admin > Theme Choice There is no option to upload and install Themes. For a Zyxel default Apps, the options are limited. 
I guess I have to go through a hoop to get it uploaded and installed. :'(
