visibility on lan

it's 2 days that on my lan i can't see my nas zyxel 236 (like a computer) in the network section on all my win10 computers. IN this way i can't use the nas to see my videos, photos and documents. Please help me.

You can simply type '\\nas326' in the address bar of explorer to access the nas.
