LTE7460-M608 SIM error

Hi,

We have a LTE7460-M608 which is constantly presenting SIM card error.

One of the LEDs is blinking, which appear to be no internet connection.

The reboot of the device sometimes solve, but others dont.

I put the SIM card in my mobile phone and works fine, 4G and no PIN is requested.

The firmware version is the latest, 1.00(ABFR.4)C0

Any idea of the problem could be?
