Hi,
Do you mean that you want to access your Multy from WAN without your phone?
If you have Multy Plus, you can access the web interface of Multy Plus from WAN by its WAN IP, but you will have to make sure the WAN IP is a public IP, otherwise, you may need to set a port forwarding rule on the Router/Modem.

However, if your device is Multy X, it only supports App management, it requires the phone to manage your Multy X.
