Problem with access NAS 326

HI everyone,

today i've seen that my nas is out the network. It is seen but there's a cross on the connection and if i try to connect it's said access is denied. The utility for nas find it, the ip is still the same as it was, and i have access from my smartphone, but not from the laptop. What can it be and where's the problem?

What do you mean by the cross on the connection?
Can you share the denied page on your laptop?
If you can access the NAS from other devices, you might have to check if there is any problem on your laptop then. If there is another PC, try to access the NAS too.
You can also try to use the incognito page to browse the NAS.
