Is there a way to fix 100% CPU on older devices not on myzyxelcloud?

I have an NSA320. It is not compatible with myzyxelcloud(I tried and it won't reigster)so there is no issue with thumbnails that is the suggested fix.
I tried applying the most recent firmware on the website but it says the bin file is invalid.
Have disabled everything but twonky/pythos/cig-jpegscale appear at the top of the CPU use at different times and it's always 100%.
Can't see any other settings/options to change. It never used to do this.

You can disable the twonky server on your NAS, the CPU might drop.
Or try to backup your file and reset your NAS.
What firmware do you want to upgrade to?
