Why is it trying to install again

I just replaced my phone and re—installed all apps. Unlike every other single app which just needs me to logo , the Multy app is trying to go through whole install process again. How can I prevent this and just log back in

    Dear Sir,

    Have you ever registered an account on myzyxelcloud ?
    If you have registered an account on myzyxelcloud, you can just log in and you'll get the configuration on your account. It will not go through the whole install process
    With a registered account, the configurations are saved in both your mobile device and myZyxelCloud.
