nsa320 problem with utility

own nsa320 and i have a problem connecting with the utility.  I insert the disk, connect the NAS cable to the PC, turn on the NAS.  in windows 10 in zyxel utility i can't see server.  I tried it even without disk, hard reset, another PC, firewall disabled in PC.  did anyone know about it?

Can you ping your NAS ?

If you can ping it, I recommend you check it's SMB service and it's port 139 are opened.

If you can't ping make sure it can get IP address.
