All but my primary multy X disconnect

I have a mesh of 4 multy x. The problem I have is that all but the primary goes offline. And say I should check power (they have power). Don no if related but I keep have problems whit ip even the reserved ones.

1. Do you mean the primary Multy will drop the internet connection?
    (1)What are the root and extender deivces LED lights when the root has the issue?
    (2)Does the symptom always occur at the same time? Or it is randomly happening?
    (3)Does the issue happen after first installation?
2. Please provide your network topology.
    (1) Where are your devices located in your environment?
3. Please send feedback from your Multy App, and we can analyze the log to clarify your         problem.
