How can I access NAS326 from Windows after the latest update?

It shows only up as a media device.

You can map your NAS to a network drive.
Go to This PC > at the upper left click on Map network drive > Choose Drive and type
"\\IP_Address_of_NAS\admin" into textbox without quotation marks.
Click on both checkboxes. Then click on Finish.
This will map a virtual drive to your NAS device.

After reinstalling and reformatting the Windows 10, I am struggling with mapping my drives. So far enabling SMBv1 protocol helped to make it at least visible. But I still need to figure out how to fix this issue.

The error message is clear, although unexpected. For some reason your Windows system doesn't allow access to a guest account on a remote system. Apart from the arrogance of that, apparently you are logging in as guest on your NAS. Maybe it helps to explicitly specify a user using the 'connect using different credentials' option.
