What is the password for for the exported log file "log.tar" ?
It is not the login password for the router.

    The log file is for Zyxel support purpose and the credential can’t be released.

    How do I contact technical support - I have filled out the form on the web page twice.
    When subitting form the webpage the page tels that you will recieve an email - but nothing happens.
