Problem with NSA310

I know that NSA310 model is not supported anymore, but maybe some of you knows what happened here. My NSA seems to be working fine, except HDD recognition which stopped working. Everything looks fine on the software side, i mean the system starts and boots up properly, you can logon, upgrade/downgrade firmware, i can reset the device to factory defaults, but still no HDD recognition physically. I used to use HGST type of HDD with 3 TB capacity but some day it just stopped being recognizable. Firstly i thought the HDD is broken and bought another HDD of the same kind, but it has not been recognized as well, so i assume, something wrong is on the hardware side. Maybe anyone could suggest what to do with such issue, i appreciate any help with this.

When you can't hear the disk spinup at power up, I would suspect the power supply.
