Hi,
I have to remove some MAC-based devices from the (free) Nebula Authentication, but I just can’t figure out how to do this. There seems to be no way to remove any of these devices?

How can this be done?

Thanks in advance!
Paul

Hello, you can simply delete it at Organization-wide>Cloud Authentication.
Feel free to let me know if got any other question. =)

    Hi @paulb

There are two sets of Cloud Authentication pages. One is under your Site-wide tab, the other is under your Organization-wide.

Because of the way we designed the administrator privileges and hierarchy, the Site-wide Cloud Authentication page cannot delete user/MAC accounts.

Please check the Organization-wide Cloud Authentication page for the option to remove/delete these accounts.

    Cheers,
    Barney
