Cannot get registered AP NWA 1123 online in nebula

If the LED is steady green but not connecting to NCC, it means the AP configuration is not default. Could you try to reset the AP back to default and connect it back to your environment? Ensure it can surf the internet, then it sould connect to NCC automatically.
