How can I access files from a hard drive that has been removed from the NSA 325 ver2

I recently upgraded my 2tb hdd to 4 tb. Thought I made backup of everything, but now can't find any files. Can I get them off of a drive that has been removed from the NSA?

    Can you describe your steps?
    How do you upgrade the capacity?
    What's the volume status in GUI of NSA325v2?

    Simply removed the twin 2tb drives and added twin 4tb drives. The max capacity of the NSA  is 8tb.Although I backed up all of my files, when I tried to open them they were, corrupted! So now I need to try to copy them off of the drives again! Can't find any windows program that will open them!

    Did you delete volume of 2tb drivers when you remove them from NSA325v2?
    If not, then try to plug-in the 2tb drivers to NSA325v2 again,
    you should can find the data.
