How can I access files from a hard drive that has been removed from the NSA 325 ver2

I recently upgraded my 2tb hdd to 4 tb. Thought I made backup of everything, but now can't find any files. Can I get them off of a drive that has been removed from the NSA?

Simply removed the twin 2tb drives and added twin 4tb drives. The max capacity of the NSA is 8tb.Although I backed up all of my files, when I tried to open them they were, corrupted! So now I need to try to copy them off of the drives again! Can't find any windows program that will open them!0
