NAS 326 failed HTTPS

Hello everyone.
I have installed the NAS 326 and in the local zcloud network it works perfectly (although it does not have a player that works for video but I step in VLC).
The problem is when I connect remotely using the set nameserver.zyxel.me or the static public ip. The answer is always in the HTTPS setting (FAILED TO CONNECT HTTPS). I have opened all possible and imaginable doors ... and then goes to the room because it does not go online?
Using AIR VIDEO HD on the pc and this problem is not there, it goes both locally and remotely.

Is possible install AIR VIDEO SERVER on Zyxel? or Plex?

    Do you enable NAS326 https in web page and also check the UPnP port in mycloud portal as below?

    And you should add port number with IP/Hostname, then you should be able to login NAS326 by using zCloud remotely.

    Is possible to install on zyxel Air video HD or Plex?
    Zcloud don't read many video (avi, mkv, etc...)

    Do you mean of Plex Media Server?
