All the way back in 2011 I bought the awesome NSA310 from ebuyer. It's still going real strong to this very day. Have taken it with me through the world too. Great product.

    You can attach a picture when posting, which I would recommend over posting a link. I would love to see it but I am too paranoid to open 'random' links. :-p

    We have had to Update my PC and in doing so, i cant remember the Login passwords to my NSA 310 and NSA220 units. How can i find/reset the Users only and keep the data, please. ?

    You can refer NSA325's user's guide, it is the same behavior for the result button.
    Press reset button within 1 beep and release, then password will back to default 1234.
