 I am trying to update from firmware version : V4.70(AFK.1)  last updated 27-01-2016 .I get error code 12

  How do you upgrade the firmware? Online firmware upgrade?
  You can try manually upgrade, I found the NSA310 firmware here:

  Thanks  Wiasouda very much I had tried to do a manual download but I must have been using the wrong file.
  I have now completed a manual upgrade.
