my nas325 dont wake up in the morning

Since some days the wakeup after sleeping dont work no more. What can I do

  How do you know the HDD didn't be woken up?
  You can telnet to you NAS and type "dmesg" to check the HDD is waking up or not while you access NAS web or CIFS.
