Drives stuck in Nas.

Both drives in my  Nas have become stuck and cannot be removed. Any advice please?

  What do you mean of stuck and can't be removed?
  No volume show? No web management page accessible? Or device hangs?

  Physically stuck??
  If so, give disks a gentle jiggle and they should come loose...
