I logged me in my account and found no divices listed. I tried to add them manually with the Mac-Adress an the serial-no. I get the answer: no devices found, but I have 4 Multy X devices running.
What is going wrong?

myZyxelCloud(https://mycloud.zyxel.com/) is provided you to register an account to link your Multy X.Multy X need to use Multy APP to install/manage. Please download Multy APP on Google Play(Android) or App Store(iOS). (Multy APP is only supported for mobile phone.)Below are some FAQs for your reference.0
