The App on my Iphone shows not the same things, as the App on a Android Handy.
First: 
I cannot test the WiFi-Signal. It shows the report: Please connect this mobile device to the wifi of a Multy X.
Second:
On the front of the App I also cannot see how many devices are are connected.

    → What do you mean about this? Do you mean Multy APP show different things between iPhones, or differen things between iOS and Android? Can you share more detail information?

    First: 
    I cannot test the WiFi-Signal. It shows the report: Please connect this mobile device to the wifi of a Multy X.
    → If you wants to test WiFi Signal via Multy APP, you need to connect Multy X WiFi first. What kind of problem that you encountered?

    → Do you mean below screenshot? What is your Multy APP version and mobile device name/O.S. version? Is possible to provide the screenshot?

    Thanks for your answer. The Problem is solved since our IT-Contractor used the wrong mode. 
    He put the Multy X in a Bridge mode insteed of the NAT-Mode.
