user and pasword for amg1302-t10c

hi , i reset mi modem and i can't enter with the default user-password admin-1234 , i read the forums and the guides but they are about amg1302-t10B and i have the amg1302-t10c and i don't found a guide for my modem. thanks

Hi forward,
May I know if you press "reset" button over 10 seconds? You can check if press it for 10 seconds or until the power LED begins to blink and then release it. After that, the defaults have been restored and then device restarts.
If above steps cannot help you to recover, please help to check:
1. login password is the same as the label of your device or not?
2. Where is your location and service provider (ISP)?
