Firmware upgrade Zyxel AMG1302-T11C

My Zyxel AMG1302-T11C has firmware V3.00(ABCG.10)R1 and I'd like to upgrade to the latest V3.00(ABCG.13)C0 as per https://www.zyxel.com/support/DownloadLandingSR.shtml?c=gb&l=en&kbid=M-02433&md=AMG1302-T11C#searchZyxelTab4

The option to upgrade the firmware is not present in the menu in the admin portal of the router.
I suspect my ISP's custom firmware removed the option.
Is there anyway to force a firmware upgrade?

    Hi justplain,

    Your firmware version V3.00(ABCG.10)R1 is a custom version from your ISP, V3.00(ABCG.13)C0  will not apply to you. So you may need to connect with your ISP for the firmware upgrade request.

    Hi thanks, I'm not particularly worried about the custom firmware, more the fact that there is no option in the router admin panel menu to upgrade the firmware. Seems the vendor removed the upgrade option. Is there any way to force a firmware update?

    Hi justplain,

    I am afraid there is no way for you to force a firmware upgrade.

    You should connect to your router provider for this firmware upgrade request.
