    All right.
here is the configuration in which everything works perfectly:
    http://prntscr.com/kt0jad
This connection for 2 pairs - 100mb. Everything works.

    But this way - buggy:
    http://prntscr.com/kt0k86
    This connection for 4 pairs - 1GB.

When connecting (WAN) to an 8-wires cable, TWITCH, Netflex, Amazon Video stops working on all devices. Downloading files from the Internet on all devices is also impossible.
But perfectly works Youtube (4K Video), SpeedTest shows the maximum speed, torrents are downloaded at maximum speed.
The router does not allow to roll back to the early firmware.

Below link is the history firmware files of Armor Z2.
    ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/ARMOR_Z2_(NBG6817)/firmware/

I'm using 8 core network cable to connect Armor Z2 WAN port without problem to watch TWITCH and Netflex or download file via laptop and mobile phone.

Maybe your 8 core network cable has the problem, do you try to use another 8 core network cable to connect to Armor Z2 WAN port?

Or try to reset Armor Z2 and disable streamboost.
    Is it still the same?

    1. I can't set the Z2 in AP mode because my modem is in bridge.
    2. I'm always wired. Everything in the house is based of Cat6 cables.

EDIT: Download/Upload seem to be fine but bufferbloat still seem to be high.
Next to it when the router is having too much load over a x period of time it actually destroyes the router. Causing: high latency terrible fluctuating latency to any host.
