NSA325V2 not accessable from Windows Explorer

Hi Guys,

I'm not able to access the NAS NSA325 via Windows Explorer. All Machines are Win 10, up to date, F-Secure is running, but I have not changed anything and it worked before. I must admit, that I do not use the NSA very often and it is shut down most of the time.

The Firmware is up to date, the Web Admin Console can be accessed, I can see all my configuration data, but I cannot acces the files. I get the error message attached and that is all I know up to now.´
Please help me to resolve this issue, as I need to backup my systems again ... ;-(

Has anyone had the same as I or does someone know what to do?
