Twonky does not find videos

Twonky 7.2.10
Twonky see only photos, but no videos. Some time ago NSA was fully cleaned with the Initialization Wizard. It worked well few days but now Twonky see only photos.

     :o , even clear cache also not help?
    If that so, might be something cause the config error, then Twonky become abnormal.
    Maybe reset would solve the problem?

    Cache clearing works, but change nothing.
    I was thinking about reinstalling Twonky but I don't know how to do it. I will be grateful if you explain it to me.

    I was looked for the way to re install Twonky, but it seems the feature is embedded in firmware. Because tried manually install newer version, but didn't work.
    So noly way to reset the configuration by pressing reset button. 
    Remind you, reset would not effect data, but still recommand you to backup before you do any system change.
