NAS326 on a Samsung TV with tizen operating system opens a long photo

When viewing photos from NAS326 on a Samsung UE55MU6400 TV with tizen operating system, the photo opens for a very long time. On other TVs, there is no such problem and everything is working fine. I tried to use Twonky, then minidlna. Movies in hd and 4k are played normally, but the problem remains with photos. Maybe someone came across this.
With what it can be connected? Help me fix it.

Did you try restart the Twonky server or rescan the content?

Of course yes. It does not help. I even called samsung tech support. They rebooted the TV. This yielded no results. They told me that maybe this is some kind of incompatibility of equipment.
