NSA325 not available

Hey,
i need help, my NSA 325 does not responsed.
When i pluged in the NAS the Power LED and the HDD2 LED is lights up.
The NAS gets no IP from the Router.
The USB-Ports has no Power.
I try to reset it the NAS but didnt work, while the Reset there is no Beep.
Have anyone a idee what can i do?

Is the behavior different when you start the NAS without disks?

Did you try reformatting it? I guess that's what you would have to do as a last resort. This guide was a bit helpful to me (https://routerlogin.mobi/192-168-0-2/). Let me know if that works.0

Mijzelf yes, before i try to reset i pulled out the Disks, because i dont know if the reset erase the disks.
jackwatson what you mean "reformatting" ? I have no access to the WebInterface

In that case I'm afraid you have a hardware defect. Maybe it's the power brick, if you have another, try it, and else you can consider it dead.

Hey,
i measured the power brick and i have 12.3V.
I tried (without the DISKs) the Router power brick with 12V and 1.5A and the same problems
