ZCloud app on Android stops playing audio

Hi
When I play audio files using ZCloud on Android, it works fine until the display gets locked. Then it would finish the file and stop playing. In order to keep playing, I need to keep the phone awake. I have already put ZCloud to the list of  Unmonitored Apps in the Device Maintenance settings, but it doesn't have any effect. Does anyone have any hint?

    The most app is faced the same problem as they don't design keep alive when device locked.
    DLNA is kind of NAS shared application, maybe there is the APP for DLNA which support keep playing when screen off/locked.
