file sharing with NAS326

hello, i've bought a zyxel nas326, and i would to share a file with my friends. When i go on zyxel drive app and i try to use the sharing function doesn't work. Because when my friend try to accept the invite, the zyxel site respond: "Acceptance invitation, failed". There are other methods to share file or i can resolve this?

    does someone already use the invite link?
    try to disable the share and reactive and share the link again.

    nobody uses the invite link. I already do the try that you describe. I try to invite myself but doesn't work  :(
