    Hi Kingdavid,

I did some tests, all services (http/https/telent/ping) from wan to device are no problem.
You can go to Remote Management > Service control and then check “wan interface used for service” option. The default setting is “Any_WAN”, if you have specific interface for these service, you need configure it to “Multi_WAN” and select to correct interface.

    Hi Kingdavid,

The status page will not show this information. May I know your location and who is your service provider?

  • Hello, I have the same problem as reported above. I am in Finland and the operator is Elisa. I am checking that these configurations are enabled:

I can able to access the router from same network (LAN) using public IP, but not from internet. Are there any additional configuration needed?

From your settings, WAN is not enabled and that is the reason why you can not access it from Internet. Only LAN/WLAN is enabled now.
