NAS326 Enter Network Credentials Access Denied

I have 8 folders and two I cannot access it keeps asking for this.  I keep putting my user name and password and nothing.  I have searched the internet and I have tried everything.  One folder doesn't have anything Photos.  The other has all of my movies in Videos.  I can't even delete it if I wanted to.  I have about 2 TB there and I'm using over 7TB total in the drive.  I just got this thing and its more trouble than I had without it.  Now, I cannot access any of my movies

    if using Windows , close down any connection you have to the NAS . open windows explorer and go to network , open it and click on the NAS , you should be able to see and access all of the folders  .
