VMG3925-B10B Internet light is green but no internet access on devices

My dsl connection is up and the internet light is on but i have no internet access on any connected devices

    After upgrading the firmware to V5.13 the DSL connection is up but no internet connection.
    I contacted my ISP they said your DSL modem is connected but no data streaming. Am i missing something ?? @Mijzelf @Ijnrsi
