How do I get my new NAS 326 connected to network

I've installed the hard drives correctly, plugged in unit and connected to a network port on my router.

After that I started the Findme process, but when I push the button on the box, it doesn't connect. I've restarted the NAS unit and the router and Cable modem without success.  Any thoughts?
