Hallo, ich habe mein Magenta TV Receiver über einen Zyxel Multy X AC 3000angeschlossen. Das Bild friert nach wenigen Sekunden ein, in der Diagnose kommt die Fehlermeldung IGMP nicht aktuell.
Hat mir jemand einen Rat?

Please share the firmware version of Multy X and the version of Multy App.
May I know what is your network topology? And how do you play/stream Magenta TV?
How to connect Magenta TV Receiver with Multy X (via LAN or 2.4G or 5G)?
Does Magenta TV Receiver connect to 1st Multy X or 2nd Multy X or ...?
Can you also share the screen of error message about IGMP?
Does this problem happen before?
