Hi i currently have this nas with 2 x 4TB drives.
The drive is using the latest firmware V4.81(AALS.1), I would like to upgrade to 2 x 12TB drives.
Can you tell me if the drives will be accepted into the enclosure and if not what is the maximum drive capacity allowed or is it a case of trial and error rather than firmware limitations?

You can check its "Datasheet" about "Hardware Specifications".
