Does only Twonky cannot see media files?
What if you used CIFS or NAS326's File Browser, do you able to see any media files?

Does your volume is almost filled up? What is your RAID type?
Can you share the screenshots about the usage amount of your volume?

Please go to NAS -> Control Panel -> Service -> Media Server -> Share Publish. Deselect everything. Click Apply, and select again everything in 'Share Publish' and click 'Apply'. To check Twonky will show all the files or not.

Or you can refer this KB.

Have you try the workaround? Does it help in your side?
