NAS520 - widgets not show on Status Bar

For a while, I noticed that the status bar widget had disappeared.There are no widgets to choose from the (Add widgets button) and list is empty...Manually upgrade firmware with the latest version but without success.
Widgets not show on Status Bar and not show on adding list.

    It's fine on my NAS520 with the latest firmware.


    Do you remember that you ever change anything?
    Have you try to clear the cache of the browser? Or try to use different browser to check.
    If it doesn't help, you may try to reset your NAS520.

    I test with different browser but not work.
    I Not tested with "Factory Reset" (I'm afraid of losing the information on the disks.)
    I maked configuration backup but when make "Factory Reset" it will erase my hdd or only OS configuration reset?

    After reset, all data is still existed in your volume, only NAS configuration would be removed.
    But I think you should backup the data to avoid accidents.
