I would like to purchase a couple of Multy X mesh Wi-Fi units to upgrade my existing WiFi network.
I have numerous devices on my network which I have assigned static IP addresses and I need them to be assigned the same IP address on the new network, therefore I have a couple of questions:
Thanks

I have numerous devices on my network which I have assigned static IP addresses and I need them to be assigned the same IP address on the new network, therefore I have a couple of questions:
- Can in the DHCP assigned IP range for the internal network be completely specified, ie 192.168.1.X rather than the default 192.168.212.X?
- When reserving an IP address for a device on the network can the entire IP address be defined for the reservation, rather than just selecting the current dynamically assigned IP address.
Thanks

From your requirements, I think Multy Plus would be better than Multy X to fit your needs.
1. Customization an IP address for the internal network:

2. Definition an IP address for a device:

Multy X does not supported above features and it only can use Multy App to configure the setting. Multy Plus supports Multy App and web interface (Advanced Settings for Customization).0

Looking through the forum and support pages it appears that the Multy+ will provide the functionality I need along with a much better web GUI for setup. Can anyone confirm this is correct?0
