Hi, I have 3 Multi X Hubs in a 3 story house with concrete and underfloor heating (Water) between each floor. In the basement is the performance super poor. (See Screenshot..
I Have checked different positions, but that's try and error. I did not found information where the best position is for the Multi X. On the top of the rooms? horizontal or vertical? What blocks a good Signal? etc..

If the wall is concrete and underfloor heater, the signal may decrease a lot, plus the backhaul connection between Multys is 5G, and it doesn't work well with a thick wall.
You should consider the Ethernet backhaul connection on Multys, or Powerline device to connect two Multys on your basement Multy.
There are two discussions may help you to create an Ethernet backhaul on your Multy.
