    • FTP einloggen geht nicht mehr Java fehler Auth fehler

    Hallo zusammen, leider kann ich mich auf meinem NAS 540 mit der Firmware V5.21(AATB.3) nicht mehr auf dem FTP anmelden. Es kommt immer AUTH und Java Fehler das Passwort wäre falsch, kann aber nicht sein ist in jedem Fall Korrekt. Habe alle 6 User Accounts probiert immer das selbe Ergebnis.. Das ging jetzt Jahrelang und plötzlich ohne Änderung nicht mehr. Was kann ich tun. Eine Neuere Firmware gibt es nicht.....  Bitte Helft mir.  Sollten noch Informationen fehlen bitte fragt mich.

      Has any screenshots?

      Which FTP client tool you used? Does admin account encountered the same problem?

      Do you access FTP from LAN or WAN side?

      I use file zilla V. 3.46.0 neueste Version.
      Befehl:    USER admin
      Antwort:    331 Password required for admin.
      Befehl:    PASS *********
      Antwort:    530 Login incorrect.
      Fehler:    Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen
      da kommt mit allen Usern. Im internen Netz klappt die verbindung zum FTP immer ohne Probleme
      bei allen eingerichteten Usern mit den Passwörtern. Wenn ich das ganze dann vom Internet mache geht es nicht mehr und es kommt 530 Login incorrect. was ja nicht sein kann.
      gibt es eine möglichkeit den TFTP komlett zu löschen / deinstallieren und dann die User neu anlegen oder kann ich das irgendwie mit zurücksetzen lösen? ohne die Daten auf meinem Raid zu verlieren?

      Der Auth fehler kommt immer dan wenn ich versuche per FTP von einem Android gerät zuzugreifen.

      Das ganz hat ja jahrelang wunderbar funktioniert und jetzt kommt immer passwort falsch. Keine Ahnung wieso. Ich habe nichts geändert.

      Does username/password/host input correct? Please make sure it.

      Do you login FTP service from LAN or WAN?
      Is there a lot of people use FTP at that moment?

      Can you share FTP setting? Which host name you input on FileZilla?

      The host Name ist catweazle007.selfhost.eu port 60006


      and i connect from wan 
      username/password/host input are correct (i tryed all 5 Users an non of it works)

      if i connect from LAN every User works.

      Do you set up port forward rule for FTP on your router?

      If increase the number of connection limit, does the problem still exist?
      When the problem happened, is there any message show on the log? Can you share it?

      ok so i looked up the fitrst Problem... the dns gets me to the Fritz Box (Router) Nas (USB Stick) an wants the Password für the Fritz Box an not for the Zyxel NAS. I set the Oprtforwarding Right but still come out  at the Fritz Box.

      In that case the problem is in the fritzbox. Are you sure you used the IP address of the NAS in the portforwarding, and not that of the fritzbox?

      Yes i am…. Router is end number 1 and NAS is end number 99 it Looks like the router is not doing the portforwarding Right.
