Nas 326 - AppCenter Empty

Nas 326 , Appcenter is empty, I have lost all applications.
I try Factory reset, but It continues to be empty.
Internet connection is ok. Ping on the interface network diagnostic to a.roots-server is positive.
how can i solve it?

Can you manually download ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ZYPKG_INFO.tgz from the same LAN?

What is your network topology?
Does your NAS326 set a static IP? If yes, what is Gateway IP and DNS server?

Yes, i can manually download ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ZYPKG_INFO.tgz from the same LAN.
Nas326 have static IP

Does the directory \\<NAS>\admin\zy-pkgs\ contain anything? If yes, remove it, reboot and retry.

I had no folder \\<NAS>\admin\zy-pkgs\.
I solved it this way

- Backup all data
- Factory reset
- Delete all volume.
- Config all like a new device.
