    Yes. You only need to put that 54 bytes web_prefix file in \\<NAS>\admin\zy-pkgs\, as explained at the page I pointed to.

    I have tried to followed the instruction above and nothing works. But I still cannot see Plex. I did it with and without zy-pkgs folder. Please help.

    I don't understand how some people can install Plex, I do as written but I can't.

    @emau74, once you understand the instruction, it's easy.  

    1st, Right-click downloaded web_prefix (no extension) uploaded to admin\zy-pkgs folder (NAS326)

    2nd, On the web interface desktop, open the 'App Centre'. Goto 'Browse->All Apps'. Now there is a cycle icon on the page. Push it. 

    3rd, Install Plex Server and makes sure to keeps it enabled.

    4th, Don't be alarm if you see the message "Plex Media Server Not Installed" just go download your ARMv7 Package and installed it. See my thread below and you'll understand.
