NAS542 - Problema con HD

Salve a tutti, ho acquistato da poco il nas 542 e n. 2 HD ( wd red da 4 tb) e uno risulta degradato, provo a ripararlo come consiglia il sistema ma niente, continua a risultare disco degradato. Eppure nella sezione "disco rigido" i led dei due dischi sono verdi. Qualcuno sa aiutarmi?
