Arp Spoofing - Multy X

Hi,
I have a device called FIng box, which allows me to block devices on the network via a scheduler. It doesn't work. Their answer was "Incompatible Router – Fingbox pauses Internet using a technique called ARP spoofing. Some routers contain software designed to block ARP spoofing, so prevent Fingbox performing this feature."
Does Multy X routers block ARP spoofing? If it does, is it possible to disable?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,

Dear Sir,
Yes, Multy does block ARP Spoofing, and it doesn't have a switch to disable it.
