    Hi, I am facing exactly the same Problem.  I do have 2 gs1900-24e switches connected via LAG. Upgrade of the first switch was done a few days ago, without any issues. Upgrade of the second was done yesterday night and since then, I can not log in. I have done backup of running configuration, so I have backup file incl. encrypted password. I would like to know, if there is any way to decrypt password, only to be sure that I am not wrong with the password. I am not able to get connected via console, or reset the switch right now. Any backdoor? :)

    Hi MartinM

    Due to the security concern, there is no backdoor to decrypt password.
    However, you can press the reset button on the front panel for more than 7 seconds and then the switch will rollback to factory default.
