NSA310 network problem

Hello,
I have a NSA310 and a strange problem. It is not visible on the network, I have configured a static IP for that, it is not visible in the router also. But sometimes I can browse it from my smartTV and answers on ping command. Sys led is blinking green, only the yellow LED is blinking on the Ethernet port.
I have also tried with NAS Seeker Utility, nothing.
Can you help me?

    Check network settings, make sure you configure the correct IP address for the gateway and DNS in your network.

    Oh, it seems a HDD issue. After removing the HDD it is working fine.
